Visiting and Keeping in Touch : During the current COVID Pandemic we have put in place a number of ways in which you can keep in contact with your loved ones.

1)  Via - WhatsApp video calling, Teams and Zoom.

2)  Window visits

3)  Through our visiting Bubble which is set up with an intercom

4) *Face to Face visits on the Patio

All of the above can be booked by calling the main number - visits are generally for 20-25 minutes and are spaced throughout the day. 

* Patio visits need to be risk assessed on an individual basis and are only open to one nominated and constant visitor, per resident, with one 20 minute visit each month in line with government guidance and will require the use of full PPE and a visiting agreement will need to be signed on each visit.
